Re: Leyton Orient v Cheltenham Town
I would be tempted to make all 5 subs at half time. None of them deserve to be out there on that showing I wouldn't go quite that far. Ferry, Sercs, Lloyd have been alright, even if they haven't made much of a difference. Just collectively feels like one of the worst halves we've had under DC. Part...

Re: Cheltenham Town v Exeter City
Correct. Our start was c!#p, we all know that. But the amount of points officials have cost us through their absolute ineptitude or corruption since then is absolutely not on. DC said it himself, and I'm with DC. Just because the Thomas decision may have been right and the Freestone one was borderl...

Re: Cheltenham Town v Exeter City
Yep, in the end Season doesn’t hinge on one event . We are where we are because in 11 games we failed to score and were woeful . These single events don’t help, but don’t mask the real issue either. It's not just one event though is it, this has happened consistently all season. Give me one example...

Re: Cheltenham Town v Exeter City
If we're relegated by a few points, it's absolutely no exaggeration to entirely blame the officiating we've had this season. Every single decision goes against us every single week. Sick to f#!$ death of moaning about it but something has to be done. Do they not understand that these things actually...

Re: Peterborough - home tickets
Agreed. Shouldn't be giving any of the CF to away fans any more, we've proven we can sell out seats to home fans especially in the bigger games so absolutely no reason not to.

Re: Fleetwood Town v Cheltenham Town
Shambles that we've given Exeter a few blocks in the CF. Home seats are all but sold out (as they have been several times this season). Even if we didn't fully sell out to home fans, surely it'd be worth the few quid we miss out on to keep away fans just behind the goal.

Re: Stevenage away last day
We've got this pencilled in if survival is riding on it. Could an end-of-days game or.a dead rubber, If it's the former, worth bearing in mind that the Lamex has an away allocation of 1400. Any danger of us troubling that? Have we ever taken that sort of number to an away league game? I can't often...

Re: Barnsley v Cheltenham Town
We still have this continuing issue of strikers not scoring. Next game at Fleetwood we can't keep relying on the defence to get the points needed to stay up. Whilst I appreciate the effort and maybe a little bit of bad luck today for them, it has to change. Somehow. Can't keep saying hard luck afte...

Re: Barnsley v Cheltenham Town
We basically have 4 games we should be looking at winning and points from the others are bonuses. Hopefully Fleetwood will ease off and that will be enough for us to get above Cambridge (and Burton) We have to beat Exeter, Carlisle and Rovers at home, and at least one of Burton or Fleetwood away. T...

Re: Barnsley v Cheltenham Town
There are good draws and bad draws. Burton the other week was a bad draw, that was a bloody good one. Burton and Cambridge keep losing, vale showing no signs of life, Fleetwood picking up the odd point but probably running out of games. Reading and shrews should be safe now.

Re: As it stands…
Other teams are doing their bit to keep CTFC in L1. Honestly could not have hoped for a better set of results tonight. Sounds like Charles Breakspear dropped two huge clangers (a red card and a penalty) at Pride Park to give Derby the win over Reading. Seen the highlights - those decisions were ind...

Re: Barnsley
Assume Shepherd won't be allowed to play against his parent club? Guess we'll hear later in the week but, assuming he isn't and Freestone is still out, it's Smith, Davies, Bradbury starting. Any other options? Go to a back 4 and play a 4-2-3-1? I would do this - Thomas surely has to start and havin...
