Re: JP tweeting
The messaging was quality and experienced over quantity at the start of January....if three more come in, even with Thompson, NBO and Goodwin gone, that's the quantity argument blown. Street is effectively gone aswell (for the season) if his injury is as bad as feared. The frequency of games is als...

Re: Top target
Seems like an obvious target really with connections and geography
My concern is in the title though "Top Target". Thought Taylor would be a "useful addition" not a top target

Re: January Window
Interestingly Jamie Procter wasn't in the match day squad for Barrow this last weekend. Am I making 2+2 =4? Just seems to tick the boxes. 6ft2 experienced 31, played prem football as well, and might be available and played well for DC at PortVale. Dunno if he is mobile tho. I am sure people on this...

One scenario that might interest DC is Matty Taylor at FGR. Fallen down the pecking order and DC has worked with him before

Re: Liam Kinsella to sign
Yeah you're right Si. When you see them written down it makes sense and is a good mix.
All experienced pros with a mix of bite, composure and stamina. Hopefully Harrop might be able to link up with Keena which would be like a new signing too.

Liam Kinsella to sign
JP reporting to sign this week Bit surprising another CM what with Harrop and the Sloggett trial ongoing. He's worked with him at Walsall in the past and I remember his name has been suggested in the past with his stamina and work rate being big assets. Surely someone must be leaving? Thompson contr...

Hmm seems like he didn't make an impact in L2 last season although did have surgery
At least its a position we have zero cover for, possibly even zero players in the squad depending on your view of Sercs best position

Re: Trialist
Interesting, we seem to be still keen on league of Ireland players. No harm in giving him a trial but if we are close to signing a midfielder and already have one with Prem/Champ experience on trial his chances of success can't be high as it's not a part of the pitch we are short on numbers on unli...

Good business turning 20k in to 400k in 12 months. Well done the board.
Doom and gloomers forgetting beating 1st place portsmouth and being the stronger team against 2nd place bolton without him. We'll be fine.

Local press our side reporting we've improved our offer. Our local reporter Jon Palmer is reporting the same, seems like we've got an old-fashioned bidding war on our hands. Seems that oxford can't match our bids or personal terms, but the player may favour a move there. I had a look on transfermrk...

We need to receive a very good fee for us to be looking at a better quality of player. A decent player for us on a free and signing a 2 year deal would alone soak up 200k. Meanwhile looking like the protests at Reading could mean abandonment and their forums are moaning about how there's no coverage of them.....wheres my tiny violin
