What with all the talk of lower attendances at WR, I was thinking what the effects (social, financial, environmental, geographical) would be if WR was full to capacity every home game?

I'm sure there's a huge flag on show at past England games with CHELTENHAM on it and no reference to CTFC, the owner of that flag is the manager of one of Chelts prestigious nightclubs.
