We reach the stage where League One sides take interest with the Cup draw tomorrow (Sunday).

Looking at the fixtures there are a few games which stand out for me and there will be different ones for others. https://www.thefa.com/competitions/thefacup/fixtures" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I would personally like to be away at the winner of Marske vs Gateshead (preferably Marske) or the winners of York vs Morpeth (preferably Morpeth).

For the club in general home or away vs the winners of Banbury vs Bath or Yeovil vs Weymouth would be a good day for both sets of fans.

The toughest draws would be away at the likes of Halifax and Stockport who would fancy their chances.

Will fate dictate we have to face Towel?

As long we avoid something awful like Wigan or Sunderland or a L2 side away.

Any L1 or top few L2 side would be a poor draw. Non league team at home, please

Watching Bromsgrove v Grimsby on the BBC iPlayer.
Remember going to Bromsgrove a few times in our Southern League days and the ground doesn’t appear to have changed much. Would make a relatively short trip for us and bring back some memories.

All three of the ties I mentioned go to a replay. Banbury beat Bath 1-0. Banbury would be a great tie!!

There is little glory in the first round of the cup, we just want a winnable fixture at home.

Typical we get some c!#p draw like Gills away while the FA's favourite grass munchers get a nice easy draw

All one big fix

Fatty Evans said when we played them earlier that we were a poor team,so it should be nice and easy for them.

This must be some kind of joke. Imagine having to play Gillingham away three times in three months.

Jesus Christ. The draw Gods are getting us back for Man City at home this season, aren't they.

Awful draw. The only positive will be if we knock them out.

That's a shite draw but at least it's reasonably winnable.

Could be worse…. Horsham away at Carlisle is a killer for the fans.

I'd take Carlisle away over Gillingham away. A far more winnable tie. Any chance Horsham will swap, do you think?

Probably given it will shave about 10 hours off their round trip.

Of all the draws, this is one of them.

That's as much excitement as I can muster

Is there that much to focus on in the league? We appear to be heading for a lower to mid table finish this season, I would hope we are safe several weeks before the end of the season at this rate.

long term injuries, selling or loss of players ie Boyle and Crowley. We're a small squad and will struggle if key layers are out.
