He definitely refereed our games in the FL. I recall being a mascot for one of those games!
I remember a blond haired ref who had a weak arm, but my hazy memory of Mr Singh is of someone with thin ,bandy legs.asl wrote:Didn't he have a dodgy arm or hand? I definitely recognise him (we haven't had too many Sikhs officiate, I'm sure...)
