Not an inspiring signing if it's the name I have heard!

Have you posted anything positive today at all Robin?

Its probably all we can get - at least its a change and hopefully someone that has passion to play for their club - so certainly will be more inspiring than what we have had in and luckily seeing the back of surely.

Started out with high hopes of 2-3 experienced players to save our season Andy, not impressed by those who come in although I knew about Richards and think he can do a job for us.

Robin, if you had heard a name you'd be the first to be shouting about it..no doubt when it is announced the name you heard will be spot on
Andy
kiaora - have to defend Robin here - he wont shout about it as he will have promised the person thats told him that he wont realease it. Robin and I have exchanged names in the past that have been reasonably spot on and I think I may even have had a conversation with him about Eliot Richards a few months back when I first heard about this - although since then the deal was off and obviously now back on.

Surely you could argue that in August 2014, the truth is the squad was all we could get ??? That argument does not appear too popular on the forum.
Mr B now has got tid of who he wanted to (some may say the baby went out with the bath water). He has now brought in his own team. So from now on its down to him. No more looking back, we either sink or swim with our new team.
Has to be said, If Jones on the prom has a month long shoe sale, what shoes do you get on the last day ?????

JP says he's confident 2 more players will be joining and "I think you'll be happy".

In their 20's, a Striker and a Centre Mid, and doubtful anyone else will be leaving today.

Considering the signings we made so far these next two could be the most pivotal in the recent history of the club.

Ryan Burge is being banded about, I spoke to him (in passing) in December and he said he was attending Lilleshall as he was injured

Not Burge, I have heard a few names now starting to wonder what to believe, here are a few clues:
1) Striker big guy, experience in lower leagues (but not a huge amount)
2) Midfielder fairly local
3) Midfielder been around lower leagues a few years.

Burge is a great player for L2 level. At an age where he's hungry to impress, especially after being out of the game for a while. Spoke to him outside the gym in the lower end of town (where a few of the current players also go) last week. Said he wasn't sure what was happening.

James Rowe is fairly local so that could be one.

A friend of mine was stranded in europe after flights were grounded due to the ashcloud incident,to get back to U.K.he bought a cheap car which got him home safely. The car was sold soon after as it was not his preferred choice of vehicle but it had solved a tricky problem.I would suggest that Paul Buckle has resorted to a similar solution to his predicament and that his signings are not necessarily his ideal choices long term.
