How the actual f#!$ has the ref not given a foul on Boyle for Rotherham's goal? The striker literally grabbed Boyle and threw him out of the way and then ran through one on one. Disgraceful. He has been pathetic so far.

Someone tell Peter Matthews. He seems to think it was great play from the striker and an erroe from Boyle, the clown.

That said that was definitely a second yellow for Boyle flicking his leg out like that

Now Boyle's lost his head. Long pulling his groin and going off in the first minute should have told us all we needed to know.

Where the **** do they get these refs from? Every time there’s a bit of legitimate physical contact their player drops to the ground. That was 100% foul on Boyle especially if we base it on the refs free kick decisions so far this half. The way things are going well be lucky to finish with a full team.

We've been awful, but fcuk me the referee has been even worse. Absolute clowns week in week out.

Nlundulu is going to get sent off for all these 'fouls'...none of which were half as bad as the one for their goal.

The way we have played it's quite ironic that we are only 1 down to a goal that should never have stood.

Which one then, Boyle or Nlundulu for the red? Or both?

Surprised he knew it was Boyle.

Maybe take Boyle off at HT? Bring Williams on and move Lewis in to the back three.

Time to regroup and do in the second half what teams have done to us in the last few games.

Goal difference is coming in to play now with our relegation rivals.

We do need to try and nick a point but we do not want to be losing 3 or 4-0.

Morecambe beating Wycombe, only 4 points off the bottom 4 as it stands.

That was an appalling piece of decision making by Wright. At this level we have to do better with the few chances we get. Alfie May’s hopeful shot towards the end of the first half when he had two team mates coming into the box relatively unmarked was not what was required either.

We go to Morecambe on March 12th, and the combination of our difficult February and Cole Stockton means we may well be behind them by then.

Duff needs to convince Dyche to buy Stockton on deadline day.

Tried to cut back behind the defender onto his left instead of just shooting when he had the chance one on one.

As much as Rotherham were the better side, that should have been 0-0. The ref and his assistant have been appalling and given a goal that simply shouldn't have been given. On the other hand, Boyle was a bit lucky not to be sent off but if the goal hadn't been given then he probably wouldn't have got made either foul.

Not a bad second half and Ramsey and Etete made positive impressions

It’s not refs away at third place which relegate teams - it’s not winning home games against teams in and around you.

We play all of the bottom six. Six cup finals, to use the cliche.

The problem is the Wimbledon and Fleetwood games are sandwiched by the games against top six sides so we may well be going into the cup finals on the back of tiring heavy defeats.

Hopefully they can help us get over the line.

Time for Duff to go, thankfully there is a suitable replacement at Kiddy.

Current form is worrying. We will live to regret the points dropped from winning positions.

Only 4 points above 21st position now. Duff has put faith in young loans. Will he live to regret that?

Is it time to give Andy Williams a bit of a run?

We are playing a CB at LWB, after seemingly not wanting to keep one of the best left-sided players we've ever had

BBC version of the goal

"The winner came on 24 minutes when Smith latched onto a long ball, held off Will Boyle's challenge and fired into the bottom corner past Owen Evans!

Held off ???

Duff has said he sees Freestone more of a LB and he does look more solid out there than CB. I'd also argue that we've looked better all round with Freestone in rather than Hussey. That said I'm surprised we haven't seen any of B Williams yet
