Can't beat a good work out especially in this lovely weather. Don't think we realise how lucky we are to live in area with countryside of absolute beauty. Don't let these outsiders with their mass housing plans destroy it.

On this viewing, its would have been amusing to see Mr Akinfenwa put through his paces had we have signed him!!!
