Made his debut at Derby and looked decent, but every game after that he looked like a rabbit caught in headlights.
Seems to have done really well at Gillingham last season though

Amusing clip I thought.
They're going to have the toughest centre back pairing, but also the slowest.

Agreed, assuming Boyle plays more than half their games, which I doubt he will. Anyway, another genius move from Micky Moore. When in doubt, go ex-Cheltenham.paperboy wrote: ↑26 Jun 2025, 15:02 Amusing clip I thought.

Yep, but our potential acquisition by Mike Garlick trumps anything they're doing.
OK I know I'm repeating myself, but my smugness overfloweth.

Robin for a brief and pretty uninspiring period, Lewis Shipley joins Barrow on 2 year deal.

Worked best when he was bombing forward on the overlap with Jordan Thomas. There was one game where they were absolutely on fire. Only problem was we rarely played that formation. Good player when deployed as an attacking wing back.Warwickshire Robin wrote: ↑27 Jun 2025, 17:33 Robin for a brief and pretty uninspiring period, Lewis Shipley joins Barrow on 2 year deal.

Reece Hutchinson is reported to be leaving Sligo after a release clause has been triggered by an offer from Crewe.
If a fee is paid we may be due a share.

Not sure whether we’d get a cut of the fee? Was there ever a clause anyway?

I have a distant memory of one being mentioned for him or Chapman. Someone else might have the answer.Fuller wrote: ↑01 Jul 2025, 11:39Signing confirmed.horlickfanclub wrote: ↑28 Jun 2025, 09:30 Reece Hutchinson is reported to be leaving Sligo after a release clause has been triggered by an offer from Crewe.

Nothing about a clause here, but we did get an undisclosed fee for him

It might have been Grant Horton. A question for the press regarding Reece.

I believe some people on here stated League 1-2 Non- League, grateful for your opinions, to the genuine Cheltenham fans Good luck in League 2

Callum Wright to Wigan on season long loan.
Both in League 1? Strange. I guess the boy wants to be closer to home.
I hope that he does well - remember Mo Salah built his reputation at Basel so I think that it's a decent league (or at least it was a few years ago) and Lausanne are owned by Jim Radcliffe's INEOS so could be big spenders in the league.Newbie 2024 wrote: ↑02 Jul 2025, 20:05I believe some people on here stated League 1-2 Non- League, grateful for your opinions, to the genuine Cheltenham fans Good luck in League 2

5th out of 12 last season isn't very good though... (Edit - on the other hand, lots of room for improvement)
