Silverwood has to go.

It's the first Ashes where I haven't watched a single ball. Every report has said that Australia has dominated every single day's play. I saw a bar chart the other day of English batting this calendar year and it showed Root more than double the next man, Burns - with some guy called 'Extras' in third or fourth place. Shocking.

Suggest Silverwood, virtually all the suits go; replaced with calibre and a few who actually understand the game and have excelled in their managerial positions in the UK. That should, incidentally, exclude anyone from Kent or Surrey!

its the ECB structure that's the mess, they aren't going to employ anyone that's going to 'rock the boat' so yes Silverwood will go to make it look like they're addressing he situation but another YES man will be installed.
