CTFC vs Wycombe Wanderers Away 19th Feb 2022

I obviously have little faith in the current squad, so spurned the chance of a few points! Pleased CTFC proved me wrong I'm glad to say. Even the industrious May getting on the score sheet. Wycombe however even without their illustrious oversized C/F [of old - at least he enjoyed the banter!] will be hard to beat; so a loss at 0-2 with no scorer.
Trust MD will have a working watch and RM present with thoughts to his family, hoping all well now.

Scores to follow and perhaps even RCS will predict this one? Perhaps Red Duke could only post once next time. :)

Hmmm...0/0/0=0

If you're on about Akinfenwa as their illustrious oversized CF who enjoys the "bantz", he still plays for Wycombe.

shade - good grief he must be pensionable age by now and the girth.................

[but seriously thought he reacted well to the 'banter' thrown at him week on week - admire the guy for that!

Can you check the scoring please?
Think I should be on 50 now, as was on 40 in the Charlton thread..

Hi guys! For Anyone planning on visiting Wycombe on Saturday to watch the game... Just to let you know that The White Horse pub is the official, away team place to be! I work here, and we are very popular with away supporters, we will be open from 11am and we are strictly over 18s only, due to the exotic dancers that will be performing throughout the day. We are situated between the train station and the football ground, a 5/10 min cab ride to the stadium.

Looking forward to hopefully seeing some of you there 😊

He was actually subjected to some abusive chants a couple of times in recent weeks by Oxford and MK Dons fans, recycled old ones about Ronaldo being a sex offender, changed to Akinfenwa. He did an interview on Sky after the game saying he has always had banter with crowds but they had to stop with this. Before the game at WR earlier this season he was having pictures with young CTFC fans on the touchline before the game. Always hated him fouling our defenders and scoring against us, but have a begrudging respect for him

Anyway, I think the weather might be a leveller today.

I've not checked, but did anyone predict this one correctly...?

......I would defy anyone to have predicted this score! :)
