Broom hasn't been released, he's been made available for transfer.

Do they still owe us £150k for him? We could take him back of they write off the debt…

A return to Portsmouth perhaps for Marlon.

We were in for Broom early last summer, I do wonder if we could go back again but I believe we have our eyes on a different player now, one who has been on loan here already.

Would love Marlon back but to me he's surely heading to a big league one side like Pompey (home town club) or Ipswich, maybe even a Charlton.

The good thing on Pack's side is he was never blessed with an abundance of pace and seemed to glide around, so he should be able to keep going for a good few years yet at a similar level, I'd have thought.

From conversations with Argyle fans, Ryan is as was... great in some games, and then goes AWOL. He was in and out of the Argyle XI in the run-in. Generally, well liked here for those good days, - as at Cheltenham?

Not for me personally.

Nor me. As said above, was great when he was great, but had too many games where he was anonymous. MD needs players that will show up more often than not with a 7/10 performance, rather than one who sometimes is a 9 and then gives half a dozen 4's. No room for luxury players on our budget.

Broom wouldn't make the starting 11. Good squad player but nowhere up to what we've got already

Plymouth and Cheltenham interest. I presume we have no chance.

Interesting that Peterborough bought both Mo Eisa and Ryan... and neither of them made the team often, even the recently relegated side...

This must surely say something...? Subsequently sold and/or loaned...? But, obviously, with hindsight, they might just be poor judges...? I'll dare to suggest PUFC have the money to speculate and win some back with later transfers, but, equally, they must feel they get some wrong - and move them on quickly...

They must be an affluent team? But recently relegated... That said, as speculators in the lower leagues, they must still have a clue about a player... buy, sell or get rid...?

Maybe Broom and Eisa are League 1 at best...? And, we've been there, had them both passing through, so have done that... (and made some money enroute)!

It will be interesting. Broom is liked at Plymouth as he was at Cheltenham... but, seemingly not at Peterborough who paid money for him..!. Doubt Eisa will be in the frame for us again though.

As it happens i was only thinking today. If Alfie went and we got half decent money for him, would it be worth a try to get Mo back. Or would the fee be okay but his wages too much now.

I would imagine Mo is on decent league one wages at the Franchise little Mo, probably well out of our league.
