Despite not knowing who the head coach is, JP is tweeting that a new signing is set to be completed.

A midfielder that is costing us a fee.

Interesting, hopefully it's the player I alluded too on here a few weeks back.

I’m guessing it will be Taylor Perry from Wolves.
As long as he’s fit he will be a good replacement for Callum Wright.

Yes, that was a name I heard (along with another player based up that way) a few weeks ago. I'm not saying it's definitely him now as I haven't heard anymore for sometime and the Duff/Barnsley situation came up which may have thrown it out of the window.

Indeed Robin, it will be interesting to see what effect MD had, on getting people thru the door. We have done very well with loans (and signings), over the last few years. The hope must be that the next 'manager', has the same pull. As I said, one thing MM identifying folk, getting them to want to come or be allowed to come is another story

Good to see player planning and recruitment was continuing as normal during the will-he-won’t-he phase.

Malabus offering to pay Callum Wright £20k a week, so we can hope.

The sun can do funny things to humans.

Serious note, definitely a signing early next week.
