I'm not going to post all of the entries into the Test record books today, and yesterday in Root's case. There were quite a few. My favourite stat of the day, though, probably that Pakistan bowled just one maiden in 150 overs.

Crikey, the sale of the hundred franchises seemingly like winning the lottery to counties.
Interestingly if the hundred expands then Glos could have its own team.
