Would have been sacked, if they could afford to pay him off. Fair play to him for agreeing to mutual. First thing I've praised Rooney for, since his debut goal for Everton :lol:

To be fair to him, it seems Rooney is a decent guy overall.

Whilst not necessarily liked for his tactical acumen, it seems that he was well liked by Plymouth fans. Really bought into the club and city.

I think he'd make a decent pundit going forward, he wasn't bad at all on the BBC during the Euros.
