Here we are again already, the final round of the 2024/25 season. Barely seems like 5 minutes ago we were getting underway.

With a round remaining, theidlerich has an almost unassailable lead after picking up another 18 points. Quite a last 5 or 6 rounds! The engraver is limbering up, ready to add your name to the Wall of Fame for a second time.

One player can still catch, though - Red Duke, who has also picked up a lot of points recently and come storming back into the reckoning. With a £ remaining, a perfect score, or close to, might snatch the title. It would still require something of a miracle, though...

theidlerich, to keep things sporting, I think it would be best if you can you either post your prediction first, or send it to me in a private message. Just so that there is no deliberate copying in order to guarantee a result :D Or come to an agreement around when you'll both be posting between yourselves.

Finally, it's been a good season in terms of scores - look how tight it is between 2nd and 7th, and AlexCTFC is only a little adrift due to missing a few rounds.

Table after MD48:
theidlerich: 144
Johnsons Red Army: 109

...and so many thanks to you Shade for taking on the PL. Impressive job too. I hope all the other PL'ers stay the course and one will emerge amongst the 'white smoke' to take on the challenge of running this entertaining slot in the nest forum.

I'm not sure how I've got two £'s left as I've used all three (Doncaster, Gills & Carlisle home games)! Although, I could do with one for the last round

Thanks for running the league this season. UTR!

0 All I can say is it's a good job you didn't win, then, otherwise a stewards inquiry what have to have been called
Cheers
