A quick search says the owner and DoF have been banned by the SFA for breaching the "fit and proper person" rules - leaving the club with no directors. They were recently docked 6 points after paying trialists and amateur players to get around a transfer embargo. They also tried to register professional players as amateurs. On top of that, there's an ownership dispute relating to their stadium that means they are playing home games, elsewhere. It all looks a bit of a mess...

maybe they need to put some of this detail in the 'gofundme' page, as it sound more like request from Fonejacker :D
