Re: New signing
Cotterill was saying he has room for one more.
I suspect that will be a forward (free agent).
The ex-Salford forward from last season is a free.

His a glorified radio presenter and he's only doing well at the vegans because he has a decent budget, anyone can be a decent manager if you got the money to spend.

Biblical rain and wind to hit the county on Friday and Saturday, game maybe a doubt versus Fleetwood.
The fans may have to wait until the Tuesday versus Bristol Rovers to welcome him back.

We can’t even do the basics regarding set-pieces. Offensive set-pieces were incredibly bad. This was a problem last season and hasn’t been rectified.

Re: Cheltenham Town v Chesterfield
An extremely bad Cheltenham performance. There are no positives at all. Clueless and no plan but to hoof the ball forward which had no desired attacking threat and we continued to play that way - it doesn’t work.

Five players out and haven't played a home game yet!
Five injured: Archer Thomas Pell Anderson King With not a ball kicked at WR. This isn't a one-off, this has been happening in recent seasons. An injury prevention coach would focus on strengthening muscles and joints, improving flexibility, and enhancing reaction times. This simply cannot continue

Liam Dulson scored this evening in a pre-season friendly against Eastleigh.
“Cutting in on his right foot, Dulson releases a thunderous shot into the near post beating the keeper before he could react!”

Re: Falling behind in summer recruitment.
Even if the takeover completes it's going to cost us serious money recruiting at this late stage, agents and clubs will know we are desperate and have new ownership so prices will go up. Hoping it will give us a bit of leeway for a better budget for better loanees. Waste of time of thinking about p...

Falling behind in summer recruitment.
No guarantees with this potential takeover. If it falls through then it will be a disaster for the club on all levels.
We are on the brink of either a positive forthcoming future or a period that will probably be the worst in the club history in the football league.

Falling behind in summer recruitment.
Quite candidly, looking at other L2 summer business we are so far behind. I can envisage the excuses already when CTFC are struggling in a competitive league. Struggling is the probable scenario to be expected now. £300 wasted again. #HowItFeelsToBeCheltenham They couldn’t even get the away kit righ...

He sounded rather lack lustre regarding potential signings.
What happened to the season tickets funds. Gone?
Didn’t sound very upbeat, quite different from the interview post Evesham game.

As Robin usually says, we'll be shopping at Lidl on the reduced to clear shelf. Historically I think the likes of Tony Naylor, Luke Varney and Kyle Vassell were late arrivals, so unless MG splashes some cash and we manage to offload Matty Taylor it could be a similar story this season. Naw… this cl...
